These terms and conditions (“Terms”), constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the Client) and YWS Coaching Pty Ltd (ABN 64 618 297 439) of Level 1, 11 East Parade, East Perth WA, (“YWS Coaching”), for the provision of online programs and/or other services set out in your client agreement (the “Services”) effective from the date the last party signs client agreement OR starts using the Services.

Any reference to “YWS Coaching”, “we”, “our”, “us” or similar words includes the business, its directors, employees, agents, presenters, associates, successors and assigns. Any reference to “you” or “your” or similar words includes you, your associates, successors and assigns.

1. Acceptance Of Terms

1. By accessing the WILD University program through the Circle community platform and ticking the acceptance checkbox, you ("Client", "you", "your") are entering into a binding contractual agreement with Wild Success LLC. These Terms and Conditions are accessible via the hyperlink provided at the point of enrolment. Your acceptance constitutes your agreement to be bound by all terms outlined herein.

2. 72-Hour Cooling-Off Period

Upon acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, you have a seventy-two (72) hour cooling-off period during which you may cancel your enrolment and receive a full refund of any payments made.

To cancel within the 72-hour cooling-off period:

1. Log in to your Circle account
2. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner of the screen
3. Select "Billing"
4. Locate your active subscription under the subscriptions section
5. Click the three-dot menu (⋯) on that subscription
6. Select "Cancel"

‍It is entirely your responsibility to action the cancellation within the 72-hour window using the steps above.

‍After the 72-hour cooling-off period has elapsed, self-service cancellation is no longer available. The full terms outlined below will apply, including your commitment to the minimum contract term.

3. The Program

The WILD University is a minimum twenty-four (24) month program that provides access to live and on-demand training across multiple modalities, delivered through the WILD Success community platform.

4. Program Inclusions

As a WILD University student, your enrolment includes access to the following:

Current Modalities

NLP, Life Coaching, Breathwork, Biohacking, Mind-Body, Somatics, Our Relationships, Hypnosis, Energy Healing, Human Design, Shadow Work, Confidence.

Additional Inclusions
- Alumni Section — ongoing access to the WILD University alumni community
- Events — access to all WILD Success events held during your enrolment period
- Access to all live masterclass sessions, workshops, and training calls for enrolled modalities
- All course materials, resources, and recordings
- Access to the WILD University community
- Certification upon successful completion of each modality

The Company reserves the right to add, modify, or update the modalities and inclusions offered within the WILD University from time to time. Any material changes will be communicated to enrolled students.

5. Program Delivery

5.1 Live and On-Demand Access
All programs within the WILD University are delivered through a combination of live sessions and on-demand content. You will have access to both formats for the duration of your enrolment.

5.2 Facilitators
Programme facilitators may change from time to time at the Company's discretion. While we will make our best efforts to maintain consistency of facilitators across programs, we cannot guarantee that the same facilitator will deliver every session or iteration of a particular modality.

5.3 Modality and Delivery
The format, structure, scheduling, and delivery modality of programs may be varied by the Company from time to time to improve the student experience or to reflect changes in best practice, industry standards, or operational requirements.

6. Minimum Term And Commitment

6.1 Minimum Contract Term
All WILD University enrolments carry a minimum commitment of twenty-four (24) months, regardless of the payment option selected. This minimum term applies equally to:

- Paid in Full enrolments
- Weekly payment plan enrolments
- Monthly payment plan enrolments

6.2 Post-Term Renewal
At the conclusion of your initial 24-month term, your membership will automatically renew to a month-to-month membership at the rate of $200 USD per month. You may cancel the month-to-month renewal at any time by providing thirty (30) days' written notice after the completion of the initial 24-month term.

6.3 Extended/Finance Plans
If you have entered into an extended payment plan or finance arrangement, you remain responsible for all ongoing payments until the total balance is paid in full, even if this extends beyond the initial 24-month access period.

7. Investment And Pricing

All prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD).All transactions are subject to a 3.16% processing fee, which is added to each payment.

Your payment option (Paid in Full, Weekly, or Monthly) is selected at the time of enrolment.

‍Early Paid in Full Option: If you initially selected a Weekly or Monthly payment plan, you may elect to switch to the Paid in Full rate within the first sixty (60) days of your enrolment. In this case, all instalment payments already made will be credited toward the Paid in Full price of $3,000 USD (plus the applicable 3.16% processing fee), and you will be required to pay only the remaining balance. This option is not available after the first 60 days of enrolment. Outside of this early switch window, there are no payout options or alternative payment arrangements available once your enrolment is active.

-in-The weekly and monthly payment plan options will result in a higher total cost over the 24-month term compared to the Paid in Full option.

8. Payment Defaults And Suspension

8.1 Existing Payment Plans
If you have an existing payment plan for a previously enrolled WILD course, that plan must remain active and in good standing for the duration of your University enrolment. Defaulting on any existing WILD payment plan while enrolled in the University will be treated as a breach of these Terms. In such event, the full outstanding University fees will become immediately payable in addition to any amounts owed under your existing plan(s).

8.2 Payment Pauses
We may accommodate short-term pauses of up to thirty (30) days during your program. A maximum of thirty (30) days' total suspension is permitted in any 24-month period.

8.3 Defaults and Debt Collection
If a scheduled payment fails, the following process will apply:

1. Within 48 hours: You will receive a pop-up notification alerting you to the failed payment.
2. After 48 hours of non-payment: You will be removed from all WILD University spaces and space groups. Access to live sessions, community content, and on-demand materials will be suspended.
3. 30-day recovery period: Over the following thirty (30) days, you will be contacted via email and text message and asked to bring your account up to date. If payment is received during this period, your access will be reinstated.
4. After 30 days: If your account remains unpaid after the 30-day recovery period, your account will be referred to a third-party collection agency.

You will be responsible for any additional fees charged by the collection agency in the recovery of the outstanding debt.

9. Cancellation And Refund Policy

Within the 72-hour Cooling-Off Period: You may cancel using the self-service process described in Section 2 above. A full refund of any payments made will be issued.

‍After the 72-hour Cooling-Off Period: No cancellations or refunds are available. The full contract value remains due regardless of your level of participation.

Refunds outside the cooling-off period are not available except where required under applicable consumer protection laws for major failures in service delivery. For minor issues, we may offer a repair, replacement, or credit at our discretion. In the event that a breach of service delivery is established, we reserve the right to remedy or repair in place of issuing a refund.

We reserve the right to cancel your enrolment for non-payment or other breach of these Terms and Conditions.

10. Indemnification

10.1 Indemnification of the Company
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wild Success LLC, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:
‍
(a) Your participation in the WILD University program;
(b) Your breach of these Terms and Conditions;
(c) Any actions, decisions, or outcomes resulting from your application of the training, coaching, techniques, or information provided through the program;
(d) Any claim made by a third party arising from services you provide using skills, methodologies, or knowledge acquired through the program.

10.2 Indemnification of Facilitators
You further agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless all facilitators, trainers, coaches, guest speakers, and contractors engaged by Wild Success LLC to deliver program content ("Facilitators") from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

(a) Your participation in any session, workshop, training, or event delivered by a Facilitator;
(b) Any personal injury, emotional distress, or adverse outcome that you claim to have experienced as a result of participating in program activities;
(c) Any actions, decisions, or outcomes resulting from your application of techniques, practices, or information delivered by a Facilitator.

10.3 Limitation
Nothing in this section limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

11. Media Release

11.1 Participation in Live Sessions and Content Creation
The WILD University program is delivered primarily through live Zoom calls, group workshops, community discussions, and interactive training sessions. By participating, you acknowledge and agree that:

(a) Your camera and microphone may be active during live sessions, and your face, voice, and contributions will be visible and audible to other participants and to the Company;
(b) Live sessions may be recorded by the Company for the purposes of creating on-demand content, training materials, and program resources;
(c) Homework submissions, assessments, case studies, and any other work product you submit as part of the program may be used by the Company as part of the WILD University learning ecosystem;
(d) All such recordings, captured content, and submitted materials become part of the WILD University community and may be made accessible to other enrolled students, alumni, and the Company.

You grant Wild Success LLC a royalty-free, worldwide right and licence to use, reproduce, distribute, and display any recordings, images, or content captured during your participation in the program for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to training, program delivery, educational materials, promotion, marketing, advertising, and social media.

11.2 Community Content
Any content, comments, posts, submissions, feedback, or other materials that you share, publish, or contribute within the WILD University community platform become part of the WILD community ecosystem. By submitting such content, you grant Wild Success LLC a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, and display such content for any lawful purpose without further consent, notice, or compensation to you.

11.3 Waiver
You waive any right to royalties, compensation, or other payment arising from the use of your likeness, voice, or contributed content as described in this section.

11.4 Testimonials
From time to time, the Company may use your name, likeness, image, or quotes as a testimonial in marketing, advertising, or promotional materials. You may withdraw your consent for the use of your name and likeness in testimonials specifically at any time by notifying us in writing. Such withdrawal applies to future testimonial use only and does not affect any general program recordings, session footage, community content, or materials captured during your participation as described in Sections 11.1 and 11.2 above.

12. Waiver Of Liability

By participating in the WILD University program, you acknowledge and agree that:

(a) You participate in all program activities voluntarily and at your own risk;
(b) You release Wild Success LLC, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, Facilitators, and agents from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising from your participation in the program;
(c) Your ultimate success, outcomes, and results depend on your own efforts, abilities, circumstances, and external factors beyond our control;
(d) The Company makes no guarantees regarding specific results, income, business outcomes, or personal transformation.

13. Nature Of Advice

All coaching, training, and educational content provided through the WILD University is general in nature and is delivered for educational and personal development purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional advice in legal, financial, medical, psychological, or therapeutic fields. You should consult qualified professionals when needed.

Facilitators are not acting as licensed therapists, medical practitioners, financial advisers, or legal counsel unless separately qualified and explicitly retained in that capacity.

14. Confidentiality And Intellectual Property

All program materials, methodologies, frameworks, content, recordings, and resources shared during the WILD University program are the intellectual property of Wild Success LLC. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, resell, share, or make available these materials outside of your personal use without prior written consent from Wild Success LLC.

15. Program Breaks

There may be scheduled program breaks (e.g., Christmas holidays, public holidays, facilitator leave). Live sessions will pause during these periods, but you will retain access to on-demand content and the WILD University community.

16. Internal Policies

Wild Success LLC maintains a set of internal operational and financial policies that guide how we manage client accounts, service delivery, and requests for assistance (including payment support or hardship). These policies are not published publicly but are applied consistently and fairly by our team in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. If you have a concern or request, please contact our team and we will assist you in line with those internal guidelines.

17. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms will be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws of that jurisdiction.

18. Amendments

Wild Success LLC reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any material changes will be communicated to enrolled students. Continued participation in the program after such changes are communicated constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Wild Success LLC in relation to your enrolment in the WILD University program and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
